As I sit here typing I'm waiting for Pika the puppy to wake up so we can go for a walk in the East Lothian sunshine. It's days like this where I really appreciate getting to work outside and having time off during the day to enjoy it too - the blue sky days easily make up for the wet and windy days!
How are your Vitamin D levels? Do you manage to get outside for at least 30 minutes a day? If not you need to make time for fresh air and sun rays, you will feel a whole lot better for it. Make it a walk at lunchtime if you have a stuffy office to get away from, or add in some functional fitness if you work from home and get out to weed the garden or cut the grass - so many options you just need to do it!
Oh that's Pika awake I'm off to clock up more sunshine hours, did I mention I love the outdoor element of my job and getting to be outside every day? Whoop!
