Circuit training is a form of conditioning combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance, it is suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
Studies show that circuit training helps you to achieve your goals and maintain them longer than other forms of exercise or diet.
