Do I need an all terrain buggy?

When can I start exercising?

Once you have had the all clear at your post natal check up:

Natural births: after 6 weeks approx

C-Sections: after 8-12 weeks

We keep going! Be prepared - wrap your baby up warm and bring a waterproof with you!

What if it rains?

Do I need to commit to set dates?

Please book ahead (so we know how many people to expect) but attendance is flexible. We operate a "pay as you go" system or you can save some money by block booking classes.

Not just a walk in the park

Rebecca is qualified in ante and post natal exercise and runs classes for new mums to help them get back into shape.


Blast the baby belly away and have fun at the same time. No need for a babysitter, bring your baby along!  


The mummies and buggies class will follow the principles of circuit training, combining cardiovascular and resistance exercises so your heart and muscles get a good work out, while ensuring that you exercise safely and effectively at your own fitness level.


Come and join in, I guarantee you'll have lots of fun and a really great workout!
